Catholic Charities Cabrini Center will provide information session regarding immigration law at MAM/ El Centro de Cabrini va a tener una sesion de informacion sobre inmigracion en las oficinas de MAM
The information session includes an overview of the types of cases that Catholic Charities Cabrini Center accepts and a screening to see if you qualify for our services. We will be available to answer questions regarding immigration matters.
La sesion de informacion incluye un resume de los tipos de casos que el Centro de Cabrini puede aceptar y un reviso de su caso para ver si califica para nuestros servicios. Tambien estaremos disponibles para contestar preguntas.
The Cabrini Center does not accept the following cases/ El Centro de Cabrini no acepta casos de inmgracion cuando:
Cases that already have other legal representation/ Usted ya tiene representacion legal (o sea un abogado)
Cases that involve serious criminal convictions/ Usted ha tenido problemas con la ley como, por ejemplo, cumplir sentencias debido a un caso criminal
Legalization or new TPS cases/ Usted quiere renovar u obtener TPS o quiere legalizarse por medio de la amnistia del año 1986
U.S. Passport Services/ Usted quiere obtener un pasaporte estadounidense
Business or Employment Immigration cases/ Usted quiere obtener permiso para casos por medio de negocio o certificacion laboral
Other types of legal services such as Family Law or Business Law/ Usted quiere obtener otros tipos de servicios legales como divorcio, adopcion, ayuda manutencion para niños despues de divorcio o separacion legal, etc
